1. Scope and Processing Nature

This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governs data processing activities within the Diagnostics Suite. Because all queries and traceroute geolocation lookups are processed transiently in volatile server memory without persistent database logs, the scope of processing is strictly restricted to temporary routing checks required to produce real-time diagnostic reports.

2. Technical and Organizational Measures

We maintain strict logical access boundaries on backend diagnostic routes. Commands executed via sub-processes (such as ping sweeps and routing trace streams) are sanitised dynamically to prevent command injections. Geolocation coordinate pairs are held in brief caching pools and automatically expire.
