By accessing or utilizing the iN2 LLC Diagnostics Suite ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Software.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use this diagnostics toolkit strictly for troubleshooting, systems administration, network engineering, and lawful diagnostic audits of systems you own or are explicitly authorized to audit. You agree not to utilize the ping, traceroute, port connector, or bulk lookup features to flood, attack, scrape, scan without authorization, or perform Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against third-party systems.
3. Technical Limits & Accuracy
Diagnostic outputs are based on real-time network routes, cached public registry tables (ARIN/RIPE), and third-party reputation sources. All results are intended for reference purposes only. Network routes and domain flags may shift instantly due to autonomous routing adjustments or external configuration changes.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS OR iN2 LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE. iN2 LLC DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY NETWORK LEG TRIPS, ROUTING FLAPS, DOWNTIME, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ENCOUNTERED AS A CONSEQUENCE OF ACTING UPON DIAGNOSTIC OUTPUTS.
