1. Data Processing Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how iN2 LLC handles network diagnostics queries, system cache logs, and client-side preference data inside the Diagnostics Suite. We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute any user data, network queries, or logs to third parties under any circumstances.
2. Diagnostic Logs & Transient Processing
All tool executions—including DNS record lookups, IP/Domain blacklist queries, TCP/SMTP port connectors, ping latency sweeps, and traceroute hop tracking—are processed transiently in real-time. System logs, geolocation caching data, and intermediate lookup variables are processed solely to compile your requested diagnostics reports, and are automatically purged from volatile cache memory.
3. Client-Side Preferences, Consent & Analytics
We utilize client-side localStorage variables for functional preference preservation: saving your theme selection (Dark Mode vs Light Mode) and session navigation states. For site usage metrics and diagnostic performance reporting, we integrate Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity governed by an explicit EEA/GDPR cookie consent banner system. Analytics scripts only execute if consent is explicitly granted by the user, and IP anonymization is strictly enforced. No personal diagnostic query data is transmitted to analytics services.
